MapMind is intentionally tiny. We don't currently have public open roles, but we always read introductions from founding-engineer-grade people who've shipped real product in agents, real-time collaboration, or knowledge tools.
What we look for
- You've owned a product surface end-to-end (design → ship → maintain).
- You can prototype an idea in a weekend and harden it in a week.
- You write clearly. Strong opinions, loosely held, in writing.
- Comfortable with Next.js + Mongo + LangGraph or willing to learn fast.
